Ego By Design was commissioned by brand new gaming media platform 8bit ego, to design a poster giveaway for their launch event in partnership with Capcom.
Assigning Josh to the task, we sat down and created several concepts to decide which direction was best. We wanted to move away from the established artwork Capcom had designed. Taking a new direction and going for just a black and white sketch format, we then had the task of choosing which two characters would be drawn.
Going through various scenarios and rivalries, we came to the conclusion that Bison and Heihachi would make the perfect pair. The prints were only made available to those lucky enough to attend the event.
